These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and jakebaaz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). jakebaaz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's financial institution.
